Job Description

Volt is looking for an Experienced Mixed Signal Test Development Engineer for our client, a S&P 500 Company. 

In this position, you will be responsible for developing production, automatic test solutions for advanced mixed signal products containing RF PA modules, ARM SoC, and digital elements (Flash, RFFE, PMIC ect). You will be interfacing with the design team, application engineers, product engineers, and customer.

Basic Qualifications

  • Preparing test programs for new product introductions (NPI)
  • Working with customer to identify test requirements and implement the solution on ATE.
  • Designing test fixtures/hardware based on test requirements.
  • Support the full program release to factory.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in mixed signal and RF test development.
  • Strong test development and debug skills on at least one of the following test platforms: Teradyne FLEX, Credence ASL, LTX Fusion, Advantest/Verigy mixed signal ATE.
  • Hands-on experience developing test methodologies, programs, bringing up and characterizing Analog & Mixed-Signal circuits (amplifiers, SoC, etc.) and/or Power Management circuits (regulators, LDOs etc.)
  • Able to work with test equipment (i.e. oscilloscope, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzers, etc.) and debug HW issues
  • Strong Programming skills for writing, debugging and optimizing test programs
