Job Description

Shift: 1st must be willing to work across shifts / OT as needed
Hours: 7:00 am – 4 pm

Contractor will test, troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install a wide variety of electronic, electromechanical, mechanical, computer, and other equipment and products. They will be expected to observe, analyze and report test data and make necessary adjustments when needed. This position is to perform testing on contractual deliveries . Contractors performance will be measured against established metrics such as Hours Per Unit (HPU), TAKT (Planned Work), and Cycle Time by their supervisor. Additionally, their performance will be measured through interaction with their peers

Additional Job Details: • Desired Skill Sets: Familiarity with industry or military specifications. Work experience in an aerospace and defense factory or similar environment. Experience with electronic RF/analog, high voltage, digital and other electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers. • Required Skill Sets: ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED. Experience in fault-isolate problems and assisting in the resolution of issues between the test environment (test station, interface adapter, test cables, etc.) and the units under test. Experience observing, analyzing, and reporting test data. Effectively communicate technical issues with peers, Engineering, and Leadership. Must be in good physical condition due to lifting, walking, and climbing ladders / stairs. Strong problem solving skills with the ability to proactively identify alternate solutions to overcome technical challenges. Ability to follow testing procedures and Engineering instructions. Related experience in a manufacturing, assembly, aviation, or engineering environment with hands on technical experience in testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining radar system assemblies. Positive attitude and teaming skills. Basic knowledge of radar systems. • Education Level Required: High School Diploma or equivalent, Technical training desired. • Years of Experience Required: 4
