The Production Test Technician will: Interpret schematics, analysis and data; set up test apparatus and conduct operational and life testing; troubleshoot product failures; perform cabinet integration testing and troubleshoot; perform IR and dielectric testing.   


  • Ability to read, utilize and interpret prints and technical manuals.
  • In-depth knowledge/experience in debugging/troubleshooting of electro-mechanical assemblies up to systems-level repair for 60% of major sub-assemblies.  Applies technical knowledge of electronics principals in determining equipment and multiple product's malfunctions and applies skills and knowledge restoring and repairing manufactured products.
  • System Integration Completion of 5 major sub-assembly certifications.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and technical aptitude.
  • Proficient in performing mechanical assembly and functional testing on production products.
  • Performs a variety of tasks to meet production and service requirements including but not limited to maintenance, repair and testing of various types of electronic equipment and related devices.
  • Practitioner of lean manufacturing, zero defect programs, Kaizen and 8D.
  • Preferred - Some understanding of business practices and able to adapt to using related business systems.
  • Preferred - Ability to monitor and prioritize workflow and production schedules.
