Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading manufacturer in Long Beach to help identify an experienced Tradeshow and Events Coordinator for immediate hire.

In this role you will assist with:

  • Planning, coordinating and implementing tradeshows, sales meetings and other events under direct supervision
  • Provide direction and supervising to booth staff, onsite temporary personnel and vendors
  • Logistics coordination that may include booth space location, size, product mix, marketing messages, hotel room blocks, meeting needs and booth giveaways
  • Communicate event details, develop floor plans and diagrams activities
  • Coordinate exhibitor services (utility forms, material handling, etc)
  • Manage vendors in support of tradeshow, sales meetings and event activity

We are looking for someone with 2 – 5 years of tradeshow and event experience. Hours are M-F from 8am – 5pm. Must be okay to travel. Position is temporary expected to last  6 months. Pay is based on experience.
