Location: Wayne, PA

Job Description

The chosen candidate will be expected to have good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Must have the ability to do the following: 1) write reports, business correspondence and assist in developing/documenting procedures; 2) transform and present complex information in simple terms; and 3) effectively present information and respond to inquiries from managers, clients, customers, lenders and executive management.


  • Daily cash positioning and supporting account funding and identification of surplus funds to ensure the Company has sufficient liquidity on a daily basis.
  • Overseeing and being a primary liaison for the organization’s banking relationships and optimize the cost and efficiency of the banking structure and consolidation of bank services as well as maintenance of authorized signatories on all accounts;
  • Assisting in the cash forecasting/modeling process; responsibility for all aspects of the credit facility and other debt management, including developing debt compliance procedures and tools for all debt, and be responsible for collating all reporting required by the lenders;
  • Supporting the risk management team with insurance coverages;
  • Monitoring, maintaining and supporting the accounting for hedging instruments, with external providers as applicable;
  • Creation and collation of periodic reporting required by senior management and the Board as it relates to Treasury activities;
  • Preparation of Treasury-related information required under the company business plan and budgeting processes;
  • Leading the operation of the treasury workstation, identifying and implementing enhancements in conjunction with the vendor;
  • Creation and maintenance of policies and procedures related to Treasury operations and be responsible for communication, enforcement and ongoing maintenance;
  • Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities across all Treasury operations;
  • Supporting the business operations in all matters relating to Treasury, finance and working capital management.


  • 5+ years of treasury operations experience
  • Strong personal computer skills in MS Office Suite (Power Point, Word)
  • Advanced knowledge with MS Excel
  • CTP Preferred
  • Knowledge of corporate treasury operations and banking services required
  • Prior experience in well managed/ advanced treasury operations environment and with major consumer retail a plus
  • Experienced with treasury workstation. Integrity Treasury Workstation is a plus
  • Highly analytical with working knowledge of accounting and finance terms
    • Terms generally used in debt agreements such as LIBOR, Prime Rate, etc.; and the ability to calculate figures such as interest and yields

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related technical field required. Commensurate work experience may be considered in place of education requirement.
