Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking and hard-working and reliable TurboClean Candidates to start asap - looking to fill 5 openings. 

City: Goleta, CA
Job Duration: Temp to Hire
Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time 
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2nd shift (Must be able to work in the morning to get trained for 2-3 weeks)
Pay Rate: $16.50 

Job Responsibilities

• Produce required quantity and quality of assigned products within the defined duration
• Operate Production Machines, perform and record measurements (lathe etc.) 
• Comply with required Production and Machine Safety and instructions.
• Understand materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Operate assigned equipment and processes according to verbal, written/ visual work instructions
• Drill press, cutting saw and trimming 

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Be able to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, able to lift 40 + pounds 
• Work experience in Manufacturing/Testing environment 
• Must have Steel Toe Shoes/ Non-Slips
• NO Machine Operator experience needed, as long as you are able to handle the physical requirements of the job
