VOLT is seeking candidates for "UX Researcher - Digital Experience" role for our client in Seattle, WA. This is 100% Remote contract role.

Candidate in this role will help research on the redesign of client's website and help with the resources section, specifically building a community site 

Must Haves

3+ years' experience leading user centered design and research efforts

Expertise in matching research methods to project strategy and goals.

Comfortable developing a research strategy or plan

Information Architecture Experience (huge plus)

Description

Job Brief:

We are seeking a contract UX Researcher within the Digital Experience team, focused on creating and improving key pages across client's web properties, through prospect interviews, journey mapping and competitive research.

Responsibilities:

Following direction of the design manager, create a research plan and strategy.

Conduct interviews, competitive research, and other appropriate research to inform creation and maintenance of journey maps, and personas.

Requirements:

3+ years' experience leading user centered design and research efforts

Expertise in matching research methods to project strategy and goals.

Extensive experience performing research activities and sharing / socializing results.
