Temp to Hire Opportunity

M—F /1st shift (6:30am-3:30pm)

Have your weekends free and stay close to home! Great Opportunity in the Bothell area with this potential Temp to Hire opportunity. In this position you will use your mechanical assembly and calibration skills while testing industrial valves and regulators.  If you are the piece to complete this puzzle, apply now.

Primary Job Functions:

  • Assemble, calibrate, and test automated valve assemblies and regulators to meet factory and customer specifications.
  • Use software applications to communicate with “smart” instruments for calibration and diagnostic testing of control valve assemblies. 
  • Utilize effective inventory handling procedures when removing or replacing components involved in the assembly process to help maintain accuracy.
  • Use effective palletizing techniques to prepare assembled work for shipment.
  • Safe operation of forklift for movement of inventory or assembled product within the facility.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Mechanical aptitude with ability to work with hand tools, and operate shop machinery such as motorized lifting hoist, drill press, and forklift.
  • Organized individual with good attention to detail who accurately follows verbal instructions and written procedures.
  • Capacity to work independently on specific shop orders with general direction.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn new skills and products through training, apply that knowledge to work, and convey that knowledge to help train others.


  • Prior experience in related or similar light industrial assembly work.
  • Ability to perform considerable physical activity including walking, lifting, reaching, stooping, pulling, grasping, balancing, climbing, kneeling, standing, and crouching.
  • Valid Washington Driver’s License.
  • High School Diploma/GED
