Volt has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify an Admin Assistant for immediate hire.

In this role you will support the vehicle distribution team with the following:

  • Administer all vehicle invoices, certificates of origin, and the processing of motor vehicle paperwork.
  • Tracking of all vehicles used for company purposes including company lease vehicles for all affiliate companies within the region
  • Processing and tracing any bills or invoices that are related to company car operations.
  • Responsible for the formation of all regional reports utilizing CARS for Windows, SAP, etc., as needed and requested by management.
  • Accurately track the disposition of all company cars including those sold at auction
  • Assisting the Regional Distribution Senior Manager with any allocation or logistical activities necessary for the efficient operation of the department
  • Monitoring and analyzing each district sales manager’s wholesale and allocation performance through the use of a CARS query.
  • Fulfilling process and tracking all dealer services loaner transactions. 100% accuracy is required.
  • Performing all other tasks as required including: training assistance and back-up support to associate analyst charged with Autoshow vehicles, wholesale returns, transportation damage issues, fleet orders, vehicle assignments, and maintenance of files.

Pay is $20-22/hr. Hours are full time, M-F. This position will start out remote and go onsite when the company returns back to work.

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

  • 1 to 2 years of administrative experience
  • Strong MS Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelors preferred but not required
