Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions has an immediate opening for a Coordinator in ourĀ Sacramento branch.

The Branch Coordinator will be responsible for projects or processes specific to the branch including but not limited to; employee relations, on-boarding, data entry and other office support functions. May also serve as an administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding employee relations issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all candidates that walk in/call in.
  • Provide employee relations support and direction.
  • Support all staff with various levels of administrative duties.
  • Point of contact for all new hire processing to include pre-employment screening.
  • Provide continuous follow-up to internal/external team members.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate operating policies.
  • Maintain files, databases, departmental operational information including expense records and equipment usage.
  • Compose reports, correspondence and memorandums for manager and corporate office.
  • Monitor projects, track progress, report findings to management in regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports to management.
  • Maintain applicable reports, records and systems.
  • Perform other job duties as required.
  • Ability to arrive to work at a specific time.
    • Attendance is an essential function of the job.

Position Qualifications

  • One year or more of customer service experience
  • Intermediate to advance proficiency with MS office applications
  • Ability to stay on task and meet deadlines

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Effectively communicate in writing
  • Effectively communicate verbally including by telephone.
  • Effectively communicate in person with internal staff, external customers and field employees.
