Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions in partnership with a local faith-based-Christian organization  has an immediate opening for a Warehouse/Facilities Associate . The client is located on the north end of Colorado Springs just north of the Briargate area. 

Shift 8:00-4:30 M-F (Hours may vary depending on shipments and production deadlines)

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to all internal and external customers
• Accurately picking and carefully packing products for order fulfillment
• Receiving, unpacking and examining incoming shipments, rejecting damaged items, recording shortages, and corresponding with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
• Assembling or resizing pallets and/or wooden or cardboard containers
• Maintaining inventory of shipping materials and supplies
• Relocating stock and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and order

• Assist with mailroom activities, including receiving/sorting & delivering mail
• Housekeeping of both warehouses
• Route items to departments
• Operate Forklift 
• Maintain a positive and God-honoring working relationship with all staff.
• Demonstrate a team-player attitude by performing excellence with all other duties assigned
• Self-starter with the ability to work without close supervision
• Assist in maintaining the physical condition of the property according to safety standards
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 25 lbs continuously
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Willing to write and discuss a statement of Christian Faith. 

Pay: $14 per hour
