VOLT WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS IS NOW HIRING WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES  in College Park, Ga!!!

The Warehouse Associate will execute various warehousing tasks, such as material handling, order release, minor assembly, loading, shipping/receiving, and forklift operation.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Efficiently complete jobs that may include shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, material handling, and the loading and unloading of trucks
  • Responsible for adhering to all safety standards and practices, as well as OSHA requirements (training will be provided)
  • Operation of powered and non-powered Material Handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, reach truck, cherry picker, etc.) may be required, with training as necessary
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed and properly processed
  • Complete department and overall operational goals through teamwork and collaboration
  • Ability to learn various warehouse functions and processes
  • Meet appropriate productivity and quality standards
  • Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness standards of the warehouse
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with internal customers

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
  • Minimum two years work experience is preferred, or one year warehouse experience with our company.?Must have adequate reading and math skill, and ability to write legibly
  • Must be physically able to perform assigned tasks including, walking, standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods of time and ability to lift up to 100lbs
