Job Description

Hiring Production Workers for a  various manufacturing plants in Kern County.  

All three shifts available. Great opportunity to be hired on and stop being a temp.

Pay depends on position.  

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a cold atmosphere – 35 degrees and lower
• Ability to handle physical workload, including standing for long periods of time, repetitive motion, and lifting
• Ability to work well with a team 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• 24/7 facility - must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays
• Must be able to meet pre-employment screening requirements

All positions will include the following responsibilities:

• Work with a team to complete production and packaging tasks
• Rotate within stations throughout the production and packaging process
• Conduct quality inspections on product
• Prepare finished product for shipment
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Adhere to all safety practices to ensure a safe environment for everyone
• Follow all food quality procedures
• Build, lift, and move boxes as needed
