Job Title: Warehouse Clerk

Location: Commerce, CA

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day administrative support for assigned HR duties to include associate file maintenance, HRIS data input of status changes and terminations, benefits, payroll, and other assigned tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Verify absences and enter all absentees in E-tracker
  • Substitute time for FMLA verified and logged into E-tracker
  • All aspects of payroll: research, audit/monitor, enter, log crew sheets, maintain all holidays taken (birthday, PH, Anniversaries.), weekly payroll hours for Mech, Maintenance and Transportation.
  • Process Payroll corrections
  • Monitor absences, overtime, missed punches & holidays
  • All aspects of attendance: crew sheets, FMLA, Matrix assistance, keep track of points (monitor and remove)
  • Enter schedule changes/shift changes
  • Log coach cards
  • Timekeeping adjustment forms
  • Order Warehouse Supplies
  • Enter weekly IP numbers, process IP and prepare for pay outs
  • Run daily and weekly Reg, O/T, D/T hours reports
  • Update all areas of re-bid changes (Kronos, E-tracker, seniority list)
  • Send all doctors notes, absentee form to Human Resources
  • Service calls for all copiers, printers, fax machines, vending/food machines
  • Process Status Changes
  • Separation forms
  • Warehouse registration/licenses (fill out forms, request checks)
  • Run hours by labor report, enter all Reg., O/T, and D/T hours. Send report out to managers and identify each employee who has worked O/T and D/T
  • Do audits on employees regarding FMLA approvals/denials
  • Monitor draft and volunteer employee attendance


  • Must have Kronos experience
  • Must have MS Word; Excel
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience processing Kronos changes and updates.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday: starts at 6am (they are flexible)
