Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is excited to be seeking Warehouse Production Assemblers for a Manufacturing Plant located in Delanco, NJ !

Candidates experienced in the Construction and Home-building Industries are encouraged to apply but candidates with entry level experience interested in being a part of this industry may also send in their application!

Multiple positions for Direct Hire!

You will have the opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced work environment with a career-oriented company. You will be responsible for direct labor tasks related to the assembly of products. 

Schedule

First Shift w/ OT Schedule –
5:00 AM – 2:30PM
Monday – Friday.
Day shift OT starts an hour early and we do work Saturdays during OT as well.
 

Second Shift OT Schedule –
2;30PM - 1:00 AM 
Monday – Friday.
Night shift OT falls on their Fridays off.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with hand tools, nail guns, and staple guns preferred, but not required.
• Experience working in manufacturing is also a big plus, but not required.
• Some prior experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with framing, mill work, trim and other related construction skills.
• Ability to work in a strong safety-focused environment- this is a very fast paced environment and will be on your feet most of the day!
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work as a team to achieve productivity goals

Pay Rate:
DOE and can range from $16.00-$20.00
This will depend on experience and shift differential
